Ready, set...

I begin this, being stationary in a camping chair, on a back backporch during a cool late summer night. The motion of a car, train, plane, boat, bike or what have you, carries my mind to constantly drift off. My thoughts traveling, to places I wished to visit. The present is so easily pushed aside.

Holding onto anger is like grasping a hot coal with the intent of throwing it at someone else; you are the one who gets burned. - Buddha

Another way of putting it is:
If you do vent you resent.
And this reciepe requires beating the shit out of the dough in a propper way.

Vegan Croissants
**dont be scared to convert, it worked great for me!!!
1.5 tsp fast action dry yeast
1 tsp brown sugar
Good pinch of salt
150 ml sweetened soy milk, warm (pick your flavor!!! I like silk coffee.)
250g plain flout (I used all purpose flour)
50 coconut oil, melted (I think I used veggie oil)
-mix yeast, sugar, and warm soy milk in a bowl
-mix in half the coconut oil, flour, salt in a seperate bowl
-in the center pour in yeats, mix in and gradually work in with folk to make dough
-on a floured surface kneed dough for ten mintues or untill smooth, then roll out and spread some coconut oil
-cut the dough in half, place on top of another roll and repeat
**each layer is the made by the dough seperated by the oil
-when done will the rolling and repeating, wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 30 mintues
(divided chilled dough into three pieces and roll each one into a square, then chilled untill needed)
-with the squares diagnollay cut in half, roll them up losely from the largest edge to the smallest and bring the two outter points to touch
- preheat oven at 180°c, gas mark 4, leave croissonts to rise for 30 mintues, and bake for 10-15 mintues

Enjoy!
